• Ensure the bar counter is set up and arranged according to standards and procedures.
• Greet guests promptly upon their arrival at the bar.
• Take drink orders from guests and ensure all orders are accurate.
• Prepare and serve beverages and light snacks to guests in accordance with service standards, ensuring hot food and cold drinks are delivered at the right time to maintain product quality.
• Make an effort to remember the names and preferences of regular guests to personalize the service for each individual.
• Create new beverages to meet guest demands. Perform up-selling and promote food and beverage offers, taking every opportunity to maximize sales revenue.
• Check in with guests to obtain feedback on service and enhance guest satisfaction.
• Prepare and ensure that bills are correctly charged before presenting them to guests for payment.
• Thank guests when they leave the outlet.
• Clean the bar counter immediately after guests leave.
• Report any complaints, incidents, or irregularities to the management team.
• Keep and follow up on food and beverage requisition forms, ensuring that items are received in accordance with the requisition.
• Apply necessary preventive measures related to the hotel’s food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP).
• Prepare drink garnishes.
• Keep all bar tools and equipment clean at all times.

• High school graduate
• Possessing certifications related to Food & Beverage service is an advantage
• Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing
• A third language or understanding of the local language is an advantage
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
