About the role

The Massage Therapist position performance body treatments/nails services/facial treatments accordingly to established protocols ensuring all guest experiences.

What you will do

Provides professional treatments including massage, facial treatments, nail services and body treatments in sensitive and personalized to make sure enhances guest experiences by asking pertinent questions.
Intuitively recommends and effectively upsells treatments, packages, retail products.
Handles guest interaction with highest level of hospitality and professionalism
Set up and maintains Spa treatment rooms in immaculate manner, maintains stocks of operating and guest suppliers in the work areas.
Make sure grooming is always in high of standards.

Yêu cầu công việc

At least 1 year working experience with a luxury hotel or similar environment is considered an assets.
Reading and writing and oral proficiency in the English language
Licensed massage therapist
Willing to conduct cross gender treatment
