Ensure food safety and hygiene procedures are fully implemented and followed
Responsible for connecting and working with the inspection agency
Evaluation and control of raw materials for processing
Plan and organize food safety training for employees

At least 1 year of experience in the food hygiene department of the hotel environment
Ability to use restaurant management software
Must be able to communicate, read and write English
Problem-solving and training abilities
