1. Direct and control all subordinate staff to ensure that all day to day operational matters are handled on time and guest expectations are met.

2. Provide guidance and assistance to the outlet employees helping them in the execution of their duties and responsibilities.

3. Oversee the operational standards in the outlet ensuring that they conform to the requisite standards and meet or exceed expectations.

4. Liase with the kitchen, bars, housekeeping, engineering and purchasing to ensure that the operation runs smoothly in areas of joint responsibility.

5. Liase with chemical suppliers to ensure consistent quality of product and on-going training support.

6. Prepare duty rosters, and implements vacation and public holiday schedules.

7. Monitor and control the financial performance of the outlet controlling costs and expenses.

8. Participate in the preparation of the outlet’s annual departmental budget as directed.

9. Monitor and control the hotel’s OE inventory, and schedules and co-ordinates inventory taking.

10. Conduct frequent front and back of house checks ensuring mis-en-place, service procedures, standards of cleanliness and hygiene, repair and maintenance, employee grooming and manning levels are in order and takes appropriate action where necessary.

11. Assist in the maintenance of efficient administration preparing and submitting reports on time as directed.

12. Assist in the selection, training and evaluation of subordinate employee.

13. Coach, counsel, discipline and develop subordinate.

14. Control cleanliness of equipment and the hygiene standard of subordinates and is responsible for health and safety regulations.

15. Complete knowledge of sanitation and hygiene regulations and HACCP policy.

16. Conduct a daily sanitation tour through the various departments and enforces actions where needed.

17. Control general machine maintenance and ensures the repair and up keep of all kitchen and F&B equipment.

18. Control cleanliness of the Back of house areas, and controls the overnight Stewarding Team.

19. Enforce proper stocking and storing of resources in order to avoid unnecessary breakage and loss in all outlets.

20. Control the proper separation of garbage. Checks on signs, and checks on items that can be salvaged.

• Thu nhập: 100% lương trong thời gian thử việc, 100% phí phục vụ hàng tháng.
• Giờ làm việc: 45 giờ/tuần, nghỉ 02 ngày/tuần.
• Bữa ăn & Đồng phục: Cung cấp 02 bữa ăn trong ca làm việc và đồng phục được giặt là mỗi ngày.
• Di chuyển: Xe buýt đưa đón nhân viên miễn phí tuyến Vũng Tàu - Long Hải - Phước Hải - Hồ Tràm mỗi ngày.
• Phụ cấp: Hỗ trợ chi phí xăng xe và nhà ở (có điều kiện). Lưu ý: Hiện tại không có khu nhà ở cho nhân viên. Chi tiết về phụ cấp nhà ở sẽ được trao đổi cụ thể trong buổi phỏng vấn, tuỳ theo vị trí và cấp bậc.
