- Engineering Operations
Ensure all facilities, buildings, plant, equipment, utilities, and infrastructure operate efficiently and reliably.
Develop and maintain preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Ensure guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house facilities, and recreational facilities remain in excellent condition.
Coordinate maintenance activities with all operating departments.
Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Ensure effective utilization of CMMS and maintenance management systems.
- Asset Management & Capital Planning
Prepare and manage annual CAPEX and FF&E replacement plans.
Monitor critical equipment conditions and recommend replacement schedules.
Support owner presentations and capital planning reviews.
Protect and enhance the physical value of resort assets through proactive maintenance programs.
Participate in forecasting and budgeting for refurbishment and improvement projects.
- Sustainability & Energy Management
Develop and implement energy conservation programs.
Monitor utility consumption including electricity, water, fuel, and gas.
Identify opportunities to improve resource efficiency and reduce operating costs.
Support Accor ESG objectives and sustainability programs.
Drive waste reduction, water conservation, and carbon reduction initiatives.
Support Green Globe, Green Key, GSTC, or equivalent sustainability certifications.
Prepare sustainability performance reports and improvement plans.
- Compliance, Risk & Safety
Maintain compliance with fire, life safety, and environmental standards.
Lead engineering readiness for audits, inspections, and certifications.
Conduct annual engineering risk assessments.
Maintain critical equipment risk registers.
Develop mitigation plans for operational and asset-related risks.
Investigate major incidents and implement corrective actions.
Ensure emergency preparedness and business continuity readiness across all critical systems.
- Emergency & Crisis Management
Lead engineering response during emergencies, utility failures, natural disasters, and crisis situations.
Maintain generators, emergency lighting, pumps, fire systems, and backup utility infrastructure.
Participate in the resort Crisis Management Team.
Conduct regular testing and drills for critical infrastructure systems.
Ensure emergency equipment is maintained and operational at all times.
- Technology & Innovation
Monitor Building Management Systems (BMS), energy monitoring platforms, and operational technologies.
Utilize predictive maintenance and performance analytics to improve reliability.
Partner with Information Technology on smart building technologies and cybersecurity controls related to operational systems.
- Contractor & Project Management
Manage engineering service contracts and vendor performance.
Develop contractor prequalification and evaluation processes.
Ensure contractors comply with resort standards and safety requirements.
Evaluate project scope, cost, quality, and delivery timelines.
Ensure engineering projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
Implement project governance and approval controls.
- Financial Management
Prepare and manage the Engineering Department operating budget.
Control costs while maintaining operational standards.
Monitor utility expenses and engineering-related expenditures.
Analyze financial performance and identify efficiency opportunities.
Prepare monthly forecasts, reports, and business reviews.
Support strategic planning and long-term capital investment decisions.
- Leadership & Talent Development
Recruit, train, coach, and develop engineering team members.
Build succession plans for critical positions.
Establish departmental KPIs and performance standards.
Conduct performance reviews and development discussions.
Foster a culture of accountability, safety, continuous improvement, and teamwork.
Lead departmental communication and daily briefings.
Ensure compliance with all mandatory training programs.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Minimum 8-10 years of engineering and facilities management experience.
- Minimum 3-5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Hospitality, resort, mixed-use development, or large commercial facility experience required.
- Strong asset management and capital planning experience preferred.
- Professional Engineering Certification
- Certified Facility Manager (CFM)
- Energy Management Certification
- Occupational Health & Safety Certification
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
