Marketing Manager

About this role:

As a Marketing Manager, you will actively participate in the ideation and implementation of the company’s branding and marketing processes. You will closely work with the company’s co-founders to create an effective marketing strategy. Yours will be an essential part of shaping the relationship with the company's stakeholders and managing different marketing channels. You will have an opportunity to express your creativity, be independent and grow professionally.

Responsibilities and tasks:

• Perform market research to identify the target market and ensure the viability of the company’s products and services.
• Support the development of a marketing plan which will include value propositions for different stakeholders, functional objectives, and marketing strategies to reach the target audience.
• Prepare and manage the marketing budget.
• In accordance with the overall business strategy develop the brand positioning and the messaging strategy.
• Participate in creating a brand identity through visuals, messaging and experience. This will include the supervision of the website creation process, collaboration with partnered agencies, as well as the production of content and advertising materials.
• Ensure consistent communication and experience across different social and industry channels.
• Coordinate internally and externally including event organizations

Your qualifications:

• Fluent Vietnamese
• An intermediate English level is required for communication in the team
• CV in English
• Self-organization skills
• Communicability
• Love for marketing
• Proven experience in Marketing of at least 2 years in the hospitality industry
• Knowledge of Digital Marketing tools
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
