Mô tả công việc

- Promote awareness of brand image internally & externally

- Gather materials and assemble information packages

- Assist the management team to develop, implement and execute revenue and marketing programs for all outlets and room service.

- Develop, coordinate and implement social media initiatives as well as beverage promotional programs

- Answer guest questions about property facilities/services.

- Serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and email to respond the questions and requests.

- Job details will be provided during the interview

- Must be able to fluently speak, read, write and understand language(s) - English used in the workplace.

- Relevant Background, prior experience preferred

- At least 1 year relating experience in 4-5 star hotel/ resort.

- Detail Orientation

- Time Management.
