Mô tả công việc

· Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of all financial transactions.

· Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

· Support the budgeting and forecasting processes by compiling relevant financial data.

· Monitor and reconcile general ledger accounts, including accounts receivable and accounts payable.

· Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and assist with tax filings and audits.

· Manage petty cash, bank reconciliations, and day-to-day financial transactions.

· Assist in implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures.

· Collaborate with department heads to ensure adherence to financial policies and budgets.

· Support the Finance Manager in external and internal audits.

· Maintain confidentiality and security of all financial data and documentation.

Yêu cầu công việc

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

· 2–4 years of experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably in the hospitality industry.

· Strong knowledge of accounting principles and local tax regulations.

· Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

· Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Good communication skills in English and Vietnamese.

· High level of integrity and professionalism.
