As HR Manager, you’ll make sure our employees are enabled and empowered through HR programs in the resort. You’ll also promote a positive team culture while ensuring our colleagues deliver a guest experience that is unique and brings the brand to life.

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree/higher education qualification/equivalent.

2. Service years in the field: 02 years of related experience in HR.
3. Knowledge and skills:

Ability to maintain confidentiality to the extent possible in all HR related matters.
Experience in managing company provided accommodation
Good Communication skills and writing skills.
Knowledge of Local Labour and Employment Regulations.
Problem solving, analytical, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.

4. Language: Fluent in English (speaking, listening, reading and writing).

5. Preferred: Some college courses in Human Resources, Employment Law or related field preferred.
