Mô tả công việc

Develop and execute e-commerce strategies across hotels within the cluster to maximize online revenue and direct bookings.
Manage hotel websites and ensure all content, promotions, and digital assets are accurate, updated, and aligned with brand standards.
Oversee online distribution channels, including brand websites, OTAs, and other third-party platforms.
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversion.
Monitor and analyze website performance, online revenue, market trends, and competitor activities, and recommend improvement actions.
Work closely with Revenue Management, Sales & Marketing, and Operations teams to optimize commercial performance.
Prepare and present regular performance reports and action plans to hotel management.
Ensure compliance with brand, corporate, and digital marketing guidelines across all properties within the cluster.
