Mô tả công việc

Find out market needs and needs of different customer groups.
Proactively reach out to potential customers to introduce the hotel's products and services.
Establish and develop business relationships with customers.
Answer customer questions during and after contract implementation.
Resolve guest complaints in a way that does not affect the hotel's reputation and brand.
Prepare necessary documents as required by the hotel sales team: contracts, quotes...
Arrange schedules and manage daily appointments of the sales department head. Answer phone calls, faxes, and emails to contact the sales and marketing departments.
Manage files and documents about customers and provide them when requested by relevant responsible staff.
Support in handling after-sales activities and complaints from customers when required.
Participate in brainstorming and planning the hotel's marketing and advertising activities.
Support the preparation and implementation of advertising programs and campaigns.
