The Level Service Agent

• Maintain a friendly, neat, and professional image at all times; ensure excellent personal hygiene and grooming standards.
• Provide courteous and attentive service to guests, responding promptly and professionally to requests, enquiries, and complaints.
• Work closely with The Level Supervisor/Manager in handling guest feedback and service recovery. In their absence, record guest concerns and report them to the Duty Manager or Customer Service Manager for follow-up.
• Welcome and assist guests at The Level Lounge from 06:00 to 23:00, ensuring a warm and personalized guest experience.
• Provide Food & Beverage service in the lounge, accurately take orders and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
• Monitor and maintain adequate stock of F&B items and office supplies for daily operations.
• Manage meeting room reservations, ensuring all details are confirmed including date, time, number of guests, contact information, venue setup, pricing, and payment method.
• Regularly check The Level Lounge and meeting rooms to ensure cleanliness, organization, and service readiness.
• Prepare registration cards and room keys prior to guest arrival.
• Update and maintain guest profiles, including repeat guests, loyalty members, guest preferences, birthdays, and contact details.
• Upon guest check-out, confirm transportation arrangements and gather feedback regarding the overall stay experience.
• Record guest comments and suggestions to support service improvement.
• Assist The Level Manager in handling phone calls and guest enquiries.
• Follow all hotel emergency procedures and safety guidelines when required.

• 2 years in the hospitality industry in a similar position in a 5 star, deluxe hotel
• College Degree or above in Hospitality or related fields
• English - Good level, written & spoken
• Computer Skills
