Job Desscription
Understanding and executing traditional and new drink recipes
Creating innovative cocktails with an understanding of flavor profiles and presentation. Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks
Mixing, garnishing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes or personal judgment
Providing excellent customer service, taking orders and serving customers
Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs
Staying updated on current beverage trends and making appropriate recommendations to guests
Process all payment methods.Count bank at end of shift, complete designated cashier reports, resolve any discrepancies, drop off receipts, and secure bank
