Mô tả công việc
- Supervise the setup, service, and breakdown of all banquet functions.
- Ensure event spaces are prepared according to BEOs (Banquet Event Orders).
- Coordinate closely with Culinary, Stewarding, and Engineering for seamless event execution.
- Maintain Pullman service standards for all functions, from small meetings to large banquets.
- Oversee AV and technical support in coordination with Engineering.
- Handle guest concerns or last-minute changes with professionalism.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Minimum 3–5 years of banquet or event management experience in a 5-star hotel.
- Strong knowledge of banquet service, catering operations, and event planning.
- Good financial acumen with budget and cost management experience.
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- Strong client relations and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Calm, professional, and solution-oriented under pressure.
- Guest-centric mindset with strong attention to detail.
