Graphic Designer

Job Summary:

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually engaging designs that reflect the TUI BLUE brand identity and enhance the hotel’s marketing, sales, and guest experience. This includes developing digital and print materials that support all departments — Rooms, F&B, Spa, Events, and Sales. The role requires strong creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Branding

• Develop and design marketing materials in line with TUI BLUE brand guidelines, including brochures, flyers, menus, in-room collaterals, signage, event posters, and promotional materials.
• Ensure all creative work aligns with corporate identity standards and enhances brand visibility.
• Adapt and localize corporate campaigns for the Vietnam market while maintaining global brand consistency.

Digital Content

• Create digital assets for the hotel’s website, social media, online ads, and e-newsletters.
• Support social media campaigns with eye-catching visuals, stories, and animations.
• Work closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure visuals are optimized for performance and engagement.

Photography & Videography

• Coordinate and support photo and video shoots for the hotel, including room setups, F&B promotions, and lifestyle content.
• Retouch and edit images for professional presentation across all platforms.

Internal & Sales Support

• Support Sales, Events, and F&B teams with creative materials for presentations, proposals, and client communications.
• Design branded templates for PowerPoint, proposals, and corporate documents.

Production Management

• Liaise with printers and suppliers to ensure high-quality production and timely delivery of materials.
• Manage an organized archive of all design assets, photos, and templates.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of design experience, preferably in hospitality, tourism, or lifestyle brands.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and basic video editing tools (Premiere Pro or After Effects).
• Knowledge of social media formats and digital content best practices.
• Strong understanding of branding, composition, color, and typography.
• Good communication in English and Vietnamese.
• A proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
