Job Summary
The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving beverages to guests in a professional, efficient, and friendly manner. This role ensures high standards of service, product quality, hygiene, and guest satisfaction while maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
Key Responsibilities
1. Beverage Preparation & Service
Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
Recommend drinks based on guest preferences.
Ensure accuracy in pouring and presentation.
Serve drinks and food orders promptly and professionally.
Check guests’ identification to verify legal drinking age.
2. Guest Experience
Greet guests warmly and engage in friendly conversation.
Provide attentive, courteous, and personalized service.
Handle guest feedback or complaints promptly and professionally.
Create a welcoming and enjoyable bar atmosphere.
3. Operations & Compliance
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
Follow hygiene and food safety standards.
Monitor stock levels and inform supervisor for replenishment.
Assist in inventory counting and stock control.
Ensure compliance with local alcohol regulations and company policies.
4. Cash Handling
Process guest payments accurately.
Handle POS system efficiently.
Balance cash drawer at the end of shift if assigned.

Yêu cầu công việc
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of experience as a bartender (hotel/restaurant experience preferred).
Knowledge of classic and modern cocktails.
Good communication skills in Vietnamese; basic English is an advantage.
Friendly, well-groomed, and customer-oriented.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of beverage cost control.
