Hostess

The Hostess is the first point of contact for guests at the All Day Dining Restaurant, responsible for creating a warm, professional, and welcoming first impression. This role requires exceptional service standards, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage guest flow efficiently while ensuring a memorable dining experience aligned with the brand’s service culture.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience & Service Excellence

Welcome and greet guests with a genuine smile, warmth, and professional demeanor at all times

Escort guests to their tables promptly and courteously, presenting menus and explaining dining concepts when required

Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service to enhance overall dining satisfaction

Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with care, efficiency, and a service-oriented mindset

Maintain consistent service standards in line with the restaurant and brand SOPs

Reservation & Table Management

Manage reservations accurately using the booking system and walk-in guest flow

Coordinate seating plans to maximize table turnover while ensuring guest comfort

Communicate effectively with service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations during peak periods

Communication & Coordination

Liaise closely with wait staff, supervisors, and managers to ensure seamless guest service

Provide clear information to guests regarding waiting times, menu offerings, promotions, and special events

Support service teams during busy operations when required

Restaurant Presentation & Standards

Ensure the host desk, entrance, and waiting areas are clean, organized, and visually appealing

Uphold grooming, hygiene, and uniform standards at all times

Adhere strictly to health, safety, and service policies

Previous experience as a Hostess or in a customer-facing service role, preferably in hospitality or F&B

Strong customer service mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service

Excellent communication skills; proficiency in English (additional languages are an advantage)

Pleasant personality, well-groomed appearance, and professional attitude

Ability to remain calm, friendly, and efficient in a fast-paced environment

Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
