• Create innovative visual concepts for digital advertisements, social media, and print collateral.
• Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all marketing channels.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to execute design projects that meet business objectives.
• Format and optimize designs for digital platforms and high-quality print production.
• Ensure all creative work aligns with brand guidelines and effectively communicates key messages.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
• Stay updated on design trends and incorporate new techniques into daily work.
• Contribute creative ideas and visual solutions during team brainstorming sessions.
• Organize and maintain a comprehensive digital asset library for easy retrieval.

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio of diverse work.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong grasp of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
• Ability to translate abstract ideas into visually compelling and professional designs.
• Experience creating assets for both digital interfaces and physical print media.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to visual consistency.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience with video editing, motion graphics, or basic HTML/CSS is a distinct advantage.
