Food Preparation & Cooking

• Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including washing, cutting, trimming, and marinating, as required.

• Support the preparation and cooking of dishes according to established recipes and instructions from senior chefs.

• Prepare mise-en-place accurately and in a timely manner to support service operations.

• Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation.

Kitchen Operations Support

• Carry out assigned tasks efficiently during daily operations and service periods.

• Work closely with kitchen team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely food production.

• Assist in buffet, banquet, and special event preparations when required.

Hygiene, Safety & Cleanliness

• Comply strictly with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards (HACCP).

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment.

• Ensure proper use, care, and storage of kitchen tools and equipment.

• Report any safety hazards, damages, or equipment malfunctions promptly.

Learning & Development

• Follow instructions and guidance from senior chefs at all times.

• Participate in training sessions to improve culinary skills and knowledge.

• Demonstrate willingness to learn and grow within the kitchen team.

Compliance & Standards

• Adhere to hotel policies, safety regulations, and grooming standards.

• Maintain professional behavior and teamwork in the kitchen at all times.
