Entertainment Manager

• Plan, develop, and manage a diverse entertainment program, including daily activities, events, and special shows.
• Lead, train, and supervise the entertainment team to ensure high performance and service excellence.
• Prepare staff schedules, manage manpower, and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Monitor guest feedback and continuously improve entertainment offerings.
• Ensure all activities comply with health, safety, and company policies.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and oversee purchasing of materials and supplies.
• Coordinate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
• Organize and supervise special events, including external performers and contractors.
• Maintain reports, records, and operational documentation.
• Promote entertainment programs through effective communication and marketing support.

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality, Event Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in entertainment or leisure operations, preferably in hotels or resorts.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Creative, energetic, and guest-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
• Good English communication and computer skills.
