- Develop and implement revenue strategies aligned with the hotel’s objectives, including analysis of market trends and identification of revenue growth opportunities.
- Own and maintain all revenue management processes, policies, and best practices across the property.
- Lead, coach and manage the revenue team, providing guidance and support to achieve revenue targets and KPIs.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, forecasts, and revenue reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to develop pricing strategies, promotions, and product positioning to meet and exceed the hotel’s operational turnover and budget targets.
- Ensure accurate forecasting, budgeting and reporting; provide regular analysis to senior management.
- Stay informed of industry trends, competitive activity and regulatory changes that may affect revenue strategies; recommend adjustments as needed.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, Finance and Operations to align strategies and execution.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Degree in Hotel Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Over 5 years experience in revenue management in similar role in Hotel.
- Clear understanding of Hotel industry, including market analysis, case studies and market research.
- Strong analytical skills and a solid mathematical background to interpret data and build forecasting models.
- Advanced Excel skills
- Practical experience with Revenue Management Systems and distribution/channel management technologies.
- Familiarity with market analysis concepts and evaluation processes.
- Proficiency in analytical tools and techniques used for revenue optimization.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Strong leadership abilities and excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
