Mô tả công việc

Assist the Executive Housekeeper in daily operations, including scheduling, task assignments, and monitoring team performance.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, conducting inspections to ensure quality.
Inventory and supply management, including ordering, monitoring usage, and implementing cost-effective practices.
Training and development of housekeeping employees through coaching, performance assessments, and ongoing feedback.
Collaborate with other departments to address guest complaints, coordinate services, and ensure a seamless guest experience.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Yêu cầu công việc

Degree or certificate (or equivalent) in relevant field (Housekeeping).
Minimum 3 years of experience in similar role in Hotel 5 stars or international brands.
English communication
Management skills
Details and High sense of responsibility.
