A. Recruitment:
- Lead activities which ensure that the hotel has the right talent in the right role.
- Engage in processes which assist in spotting talent inside and outside the organization.
- Establish/ implement retention strategies to fulfill succession planning and business objectives.
- Establish processes to reduce/ minimize the turnover rate.
- Identify high potentials through vertical and laterally movements within existing talent by providing departmental transfer in accordance to their skill set.
- Organize annual performance appraisal process.
- Work with managers to analyze performance by identifying area for improvement.
- Provide an environment which supports open ongoing feedback and coaching to breach gaps for better performance.
- Plan training for future skill requirements.
- Ensure development and implementation of annual training plan training to address and narrow the performance gap.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the training.
- Follow up talent after attending training programs to support the application of learning on the job.
- Building & Follow HR policies & procedures.
- Ensure departmental SOPs are communicated and implemented throughout the hotel.
- Provide the leadership team with regular updates on local laws and legislation to ensure compliance.
- Provide a safe working environment by ensuring local regulations are upheld for workplace health and safety.
E. Reward & Recognition:
- Motivate talent through recognition and rewards program.
- Implement and maintain effective talent related activities and motivational programs.
- Plan, coordinate and execute internal talent events to ensure talent engagement and promote a good and efficient working atmosphere.
- Conduct annual salary review process.
- Participate and analyze market data to benchmark compensation package to remain competitive in order to attract and retain employees.
- Review compensation to ensure and maintain internal equity and competitive with the industry norm.
- Review job descriptions and job specifications to stay relevant with the hotel industry and currency of skill requirements.
- Ensure gender equality in renumeration packages.
G. Administration tasks:
- Be in charge of all administrative documents.
- Make forms, regulations, contracts.
- Organize meetings and briefings as requested.
- Manage administrative costs, such as telephone charges, taxi charges, express mails, stationaries, leasing house fees, meeting fees, etc.
- Control services from suppliers such as house leasing, transportation, consulting services, insurance service and other suppliers.
- Expat matters such as working permit, visa, temporary resident card, business trip (if any)
- Contact authority departments to follow up the required administrative documents (if any)
- Make periodical administrative reports to submit to authority department.

Yêu cầu công việc
- 02 years’ related experience in Human Resources, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resource.
- Good English skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and associated computer applications.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and employment regulations.
- Up-to-date on HR trends and practices in the market.
- Ability to create a community which supports a collaborative environment.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and training skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of talent.
- Ability to multi-task, work well in stressful & high-pressure situations.
- Multicultural awareness and able to work with people from diverse cultures.
- Flexible and able to embrace and respond to change effectively.
