• Provide expert wine recommendations to enhance the guest dining experience.
• Deliver professional and engaging wine service.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and presentation of wines.
• Monitor inventory, manage stock levels, and support purchasing decisions.
• Collaborate with the F&B team to align wine offerings with dining concepts.
• Train and support team members on wine knowledge and service standards.
• Stay updated on wine trends, regions, and industry developments.

• Strong knowledge of wines, regions, and pairing principles.
• Previous experience in a Sommelier or similar role in hospitality.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and service mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively within the F&B team.
• Knowledge of wine storage, inventory management, and service standards.
