Mô tả công việc

Oversee overall operations of all F&B outlets, ensuring service excellence, efficiency & revenue growth
Lead pre-opening activities: concept creation, OS&E selection, service design & full operational setup
Ensure alignment between concept, service delivery & business performance
Collaborate closely with Outlet Managers, Beverage team & Sales
Drive guest satisfaction, team performance & financial results
Report directly to Director of Food & Beverage

Yêu cầu công việc

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within hospitality or hotel operations
Strong pre-opening experience with proven ability to lead concept creation, OS&E selection, and full F&B setup from the ground up
Strong operational background across multiple F&B outlets including restaurants, bar, lounge, and banquets
Experience or good knowledge of Chinese or Korean restaurant operations is an advantage
Strong knowledge of wine, including service standards, pairing, and upselling techniques
Good understanding of dynamic market environments such as Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City, including guest trends and competition
Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to lead multiple outlet managers
Strong financial acumen including budgeting, cost control, and performance analysis
Ability to develop and execute strategies to drive revenue and enhance guest experience
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
