Mô tả công việc
- Supervise daily Restaurant, Lounge, Banquet and In-Room Dining operations to ensure smooth service flow and operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections of dining areas, lounge areas, service stations, banquet venues and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness, hygiene and operational readiness.
- Coordinate Banquet setup and operational requirements according to event orders and guest requests.
- Supervise Lounge operations when assigned, including beverage service quality, lounge ambiance, guest interaction and operational standards.
- Provide coaching, on-the-job training and guidance to improve service skills, beverage knowledge and product knowledge.
- Monitor and maintain POS systems during operations.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar position within Restaurants, Lounge, Banquet operations or Hotels.
- Knowledge of Restaurant, Lounge, Banquet and In-Room Dining operations.
- Understanding of POS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Basic beverage knowledge and understanding of lounge service standards will be an advantage.
- Good command of English communication.
