Mô tả công việc
- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to approved recipes and hotel standards.
- Serve wine, beer and other beverages according to service standards.
- Check guest identification when necessary to ensure compliance with legal drinking age regulations.
- Clean glassware, utensils, equipment and workstations according to hygiene standards.
- Maintain beverage inventory and inform supervisors of low stock levels or expired products.
- Maintain and operate POS systems accurately during service.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Bars, Restaurants, Lounges or Hotels is preferred.
- Good knowledge of beverages, cocktail preparation and Bar operations. Basic English communication skills are preferred.
- Understanding of POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Good communication and guest service skills.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
