Mô tả công việc

Data Collection & Management

• Collect raw data from all available sources: internal reports, OTA platforms, feedback channels, operational logs

• Organize and maintain structured data files/databases for governance reporting

• Ensure data is clean, consistent, and correctly categorized

Dashboard & Report Production

• Build and maintain Excel/Google Sheets-based dashboards in the current phase

• Produce weekly data summaries for internal governance cycle

• Prepare data layers for monthly BOD governance report (CMSEO team provides analysis and narrative)

Reporting Cadence Support

• Ensure all reporting deadlines are met

• Track data gaps and flag missing inputs to the Service Quality Measurement Lead

• Maintain version control and filing discipline for all governance documents

System Transition Support

• Support CRM/reporting tool evaluation and implementation when initiated

• Document current manual processes to enable smooth transition to automated systems

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Tourism Management, or related field

• Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills (essential)

• Experience with data organization, reporting, or business analysis preferred

• English proficiency required; Russian a strong advantage

• Vietnamese native speaker

• Detail-oriented, reliable, and deadline-driven
