Assistant Outlet Manager - Trợ lý Quản lý Nhà hàng

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist the F&B Manager in managing daily outlet operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Supervise service staff during shifts, assign duties, and ensure compliance with service standards.
• Ensure guests receive friendly, professional, and attentive service throughout their dining experience.
• Handle guest requests, feedback, and minor complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor staff grooming, cleanliness, table setup, and overall outlet presentation.
• Support staff training, daily briefings, and on-the-job coaching.
• Monitor food and beverage service quality, stock usage, and equipment condition; report any issues to the F&B Manager.
• Assist with staff scheduling, attendance tracking, and shift arrangements when required.
• Coordinate with Kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the F&B Manager.

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 1–5 years of experience in restaurant or hotel F&B operations, preferably with supervisory experience.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Responsible, service-minded, and able to support a team during busy shifts.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
