About the Position

Enoteca Vietnam is looking for a motivated and service-oriented Sales Adviser & Customer Experience Traineeto join our wine retail team at Takashimaya. This is an excellent opportunity for students who are passionate about wine, interested in premium retail, and eager to develop their sales and customer service skills in a high-end shopping environment.

No prior wine knowledge is required. You will receive professional training in wine knowledge, fine wine sales, and premium customer service to help you build a strong foundation for a future career in the wine and hospitality industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with a professional, friendly, and attentive approach.

• Support daily shop operations, including product arrangement, stock display, and store cleanliness.

• Assist with product recommendations and sales activities under the guidance of experienced team members.

• Learn about wine varieties, wine regions, grape varieties, food pairing, and product characteristics.

• Develop an understanding of premium retail standards and customer service for high-end clientele.

• Support stock checking, inventory management, and other shop-related tasks as required.

• Internship allowance: VND 1,000,000–3,000,000 per month, depending on the internship duration.

• Professional training in wine knowledge, fine wine, sales techniques, and premium customer service.

• Hands-on experience in a premium retail environment at Takashimaya.

• Company-provided uniform.

• Parking support at the workplace.

• Internship confirmation letter upon completion of the internship.

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a degree or diploma program in Hospitality Management, Restaurant Management, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

• Energetic, quick to learn, proactive, and attentive to detail.

• Enjoy interacting with customers and providing a high standard of service to premium clientele.
