Head Hostess

• Greeting guests, check reservation status and escort them to their respective area.
• Offer appropriate seating arrangements.
• Ensure all reservations and orders are communicated and fulfilled in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain clean and organized work area.
• Always observe proper grooming and personal hygiene.
• Assist the venues’ front of house team when needed.
• Support event related work including coordination and setup of events, large parties or VIP bookings or walk ins.
• Ensure all guests receive positive and professional service to the highest standards to exceed the customer's expectations
• Handles guest problems and complaints
• Manages the Hosts working schedules
• Attend all regular departmental briefings and contribute to an open communication within the assigned team
• Performs other duties pertinent to this job as assigned.

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in similar position in hospitality industry (5* Hotel or resort)
• Good communications skills in Vietnamese and English
• Interpersonal skills and problem solving
• Basic computer skills
