Engineering Supervisor - Maintenance

• Coordinate daily maintenance assignments for MEP Maintenance and Room & Public Area Maintenance Technicians based on approved PM plans, defects, guest impact, safety and operational priorities.

Phối hợp phân công bảo trì hằng ngày cho MEP Maintenance Technician và Room & Public Area Maintenance Technician dựa trên kế hoạch PM được phê duyệt, lỗi tồn tại, ảnh hưởng đến khách, an toàn và ưu tiên vận hành.

• Ensure preventive-maintenance tasks, Room PM and Public Area Maintenance checklists are completed to required scope, quality and frequency and are accurately recorded.

Đảm bảo các công việc PM, Room PM và checklist Public Area Maintenance được hoàn thành đúng phạm vi, chất lượng, tần suất và ghi nhận chính xác.

• Supervise corrective maintenance and fault finding for electrical, VRV/MVAC, plumbing/drainage, pumps, controls, FLS interfaces and building-fabric/room items within team competency.

Giám sát sửa chữa và chẩn đoán lỗi đối với điện, VRV/MVAC, cấp thoát nước, bơm, điều khiển, giao diện FLS và hạng mục hoàn thiện/phòng khách trong phạm vi năng lực đội ngũ.

• Review recurring failures, equipment downtime, maintenance backlog and asset-condition findings; escalate issues requiring shutdown, specialist support, replacement or capital planning.

Rà soát sự cố lặp lại, thời gian dừng thiết bị, tồn đọng bảo trì và phát hiện tình trạng tài sản; escalation các vấn đề cần shutdown, hỗ trợ chuyên gia, thay thế hoặc kế hoạch vốn.

• Coordinate maintenance access, room release, public-area work, shutdowns and service interruptions with Operations, Housekeeping and other departments to minimize disruption.

Phối hợp quyền tiếp cận bảo trì, release phòng, công việc khu vực công cộng, shutdown và gián đoạn dịch vụ với Operations, Housekeeping và các bộ phận khác nhằm giảm thiểu ảnh hưởng.

• Check workmanship, completed job cards, checklists, readings and defect close-out before work is considered complete; maintain clear handover of outstanding items.

Kiểm tra chất lượng thi công, job card hoàn thành, checklist, thông số và defect close-out trước khi xác nhận công việc hoàn tất; duy trì bàn giao rõ ràng các hạng mục tồn đọng.

• Supervise contractors and vendors within assigned maintenance scope, ensuring Permit to Work, LOTO/isolation, PPE, access, housekeeping and technical-quality requirements are met.

Giám sát nhà thầu và vendor trong phạm vi bảo trì được giao; đảm bảo đáp ứng Permit to Work, LOTO/cô lập, PPE, kiểm soát ra vào, housekeeping và yêu cầu chất lượng kỹ thuật.

• Monitor tools, test equipment, spare parts and maintenance materials; report replenishment, calibration, repair or replacement needs to the Cluster ACE - Technical & Maintenance.

Theo dõi dụng cụ, thiết bị đo kiểm, phụ tùng và vật tư bảo trì; báo cáo nhu cầu bổ sung, hiệu chuẩn, sửa chữa hoặc thay thế cho Cluster ACE - Technical & Maintenance.

• Support technical documentation including asset records, equipment history, drawings, O&M manuals, service reports, warranties, DLP and maintenance records.

Hỗ trợ hồ sơ kỹ thuật bao gồm asset record, lịch sử thiết bị, bản vẽ, tài liệu O&M, service report, bảo hành, DLP và hồ sơ bảo trì.

• Support testing, commissioning, snagging, handover and phased-opening maintenance readiness and ensure defects are tracked to closure within assigned scope.

Hỗ trợ thử nghiệm, chạy thử, snagging, bàn giao và mức độ sẵn sàng bảo trì cho mở cửa theo giai đoạn; đảm bảo các lỗi trong phạm vi được giao được theo dõi đến khi hoàn tất.

• Relevant educational background, vocational training, academic degree, or professional qualification applicable to the position and commensurate with the position level
• Relevant experience in a similar position and/or within a similar scale of operation, commensurate with the position level.
• Good knowledge of relevant SOPs, operational standards, health & safety requirements, and workplace regulations.
• Good communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.
• Strong commitment to service excellence and professional standards.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Relevant professional certifications and English proficiency are advantages, depending on the position.
