- Be in charge of corporate accounts
- Organize regular sales call to new accounts & exiting accounts (corporate Accounts)
- Market analysis: customer survey, competitor activity, market trend
- Identify market’s need and develop the product accordingly
- To recommend the solutions and strategies to further improve the sales performance
- Plan and carry out direct sales activities as per agreed targets
- Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods
- Manage guest complaints and resolve concerns
- Regularly attend networking events to search for new corporate clients.
- Develops sales strategy, business plan, weekly sales activity and sales call plans
- Actively conducts all sales activities, coordinates within his/her team to implement action plans effectively
- To monitor the sales team and activities through daily, weekly and monthly reports.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a sales executive/ manager in hotel
- Strong experience of Ho Chi Minh or Hanoi Market (corporate markets).
- Team player with enthusiasm to share knowledge with the colleagues.
- Customer service oriented.
- Self- motivated and results oriented
- Excellent organization and planning skills
- Strong experience of customer orientation, outstanding negotiation and communication skills
- Be able to work under pressure.

• Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese Language
