Dear Sir/Madam, I am interested in applying for the position of reservations in your Hotel Corporation. I believe that my academic at Commercial College Danang in my major is Hotel Managerment along with my work experience would qualify me for this position. My education at Danang College of Commer has given me a strong background in communicating, working,organizing have effectively. Besides, I’m also fluent in English communication. I am also competent in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point. I had more than two (2) months trained at a Housekeeping Department at Grand Mercure hotel. After that, I worked as a receptionist at Palmier Hotel for one (1) year. It was a good chance to work in an active environment, look for and take care guests and ability to work under high pressure. I also learnt how to work, serve, and contact with people. And then , i move to Sea Corner hotel . I worked as a receptionist for (2) months. At here, I learned how to use the Smile Hotel software system. Now, I’m working at a position reservation in Sea Phoenix Hotel. I learned how to sell rooms on extranet gateways, work as a reservation clerk and contact Newwway software. Now,I want to find a new place to work, that's why I applied to your hotel . My strengths include being able to work well with a variety of personalities to converse with anyone, and to enter easily into new situations with a creative and resourceful attitude. In addition, I am very active, detail oriented, persistent and punctual. My background and goals seem to match your requirement well.
