Rolling and cutting dough into shapes. Measuring and mixing ingredients into dough according to a recipe. Wrapping and packing bread after it has been made. Monitoring the ovens. Able to work according to tight production schedules. Taking the bread out of the tins.

I would like to work as a baker. I like to making bread in any type from normal bread, artisan bread, viennoiserie, sweet dough and so on. Also, I am trained to have basic knowledge in cake, chocolate and sugar craft. It means that I can work in different section of pastry kitchen.
