Collected all their documents to do the visa as well as the working permit. Organized and prepared all the documents for disciplinary meeting, etc. - Other activities: organized the events for employee connection, prepared and joined the meeting with inspector from Department of Labor, Department of Social Insurance. Intervened to the operation department when necessary to help solve any problem that might arise with regards to employee’s work. Controlled the department’s budget to ensure that it cannot be over. Supported the management team by providing the advice from Human Resources side as well as analyzing the information, etc.
