Compiles HR business unit reporting and submit to CEO. Ensure the management of employee recognition programs. Ensure the management of employee incentive schemes. Ensure the management of succession planning training in the company. Ensure the management of company team building programs. Supervise and to manage the performance of Human Resources team. To develop required skills and competencies in accordance with company's development. To design and to manage, facilitate and direct the annual performance development process to ensure that employees' performance is measured effectively and accurately.
