I- ABOUT ME:
Graduated from Police college, and worked for local police for 5 years, I decided to leave that government job to join ACB bank to work as a Security supervisor, which give me more income for my family.
I found that it’s more interesting for me to work as a Security Manager for big building and hotels, I grew up to Director level in 7 years since I left the government job, I continue was growing with big brand hotels until 2024.
I have a break for my family business and ready to come back now to continue my journey, which I am very proud of.
During the time working for my last hotels, I received many recognitions from the general manager. I was also recognized by the board of directors Ho Chi Minh city police in 4 years 2012, 2013,2015 and 2016 as well.

• Establish good communication and good will with informal leaders and relevant members of local community
• Coordinate and organize the day-to-day operations of the department including planning and controlling

Works with Human Resource Manager to ensure the departmental performance of staff is productive. Duties include:
Assists in planning for future staffing needs
Assists in recruiting in line with company guidelines
Prepares detailed induction program for new staff
Maintains a comprehensive, current and guest focused set of departmental standards and procedures and oversees their implementation Ensures training needs analysis of Security staff is carried out and training programmers are designed and implemented to meet needs
Maintains a record of training for each staff member
Provides input for probation and formal performance appraisal discussions in line with company guidelines
Coaches, counsels and disciplines staff, providing constructive feedback to enhance performance
Prepares a cost effective work schedule
Approves leave after considering hotel occupancies
Regularly communicates with staff and maintains good relations
• Financial Responsibilities
Works with superior in the preparation and management of the department’s budget. Duties include:
Assists in coordinating the preparation of the departmental annual budget
Assists in monitoring and controlling departmental cost on an ongoing basis to ensure performance against budget
• Occupational Health and Safety Responsibilities
Demonstrate Awareness of OH&S policies and procedures and ensure all procedures are conducted safely and within OH&S guidelines and ensure your direct reports do the same
Be aware of duty of care and adhere to occupational, health and safety legislation, policies and procedures
Be familiar with IHG and the properties’ fire life & safety guidelines and actively support them, first aid, fire and emergency procedures and operate equipment safely and sensibly
Initiate action to correct a hazardous situation and notify supervisors of potential dangers
Log security incidents and accidents in accordance with hotel requirements a professional and positive manner to foster good rapport, promote team spirit and ensure effective two way communication
