• On behalf of Gemany KFW Bank controll all payment for all-electric project EVN( 5 years)
• Consultant for seting up accouting charge , finance management , management of chips, management turnover, cash folows, cost for western and Asia restaurants, controll goods, Foods, drink for Casino, hotel and beach services … from pre-openning up to put into operation
• General administration affair ( Finance, Accounting, cost controll, admin) for a Leading Japan Construction compaly (7 years)
• Chief Finance Officer for Central Project Management Unit of the CBRIP Project - the Ministry of Planning and Investment. ) (6 years)

Regarding my relevant work experienced, I work as freelance financial and accounting consultant for the implementation of 20 infrastructure development projects including transportation, civil building , Clean Water, Electric and sustainable livelihood development. All projects funded by the World Bank, the Asian Development Bank (ADB), KfW Bank (German), KEXIM Korea, the Embassy of Australia and Hotel,casino.Private companies…
I have experience as overseer and coordinator of project management activities and Can do with detail hereafter:
1.Finance and Accounting
1.1 General Finance & Accounting Administration
• Accounting structure are organized at all times • The purchasing system is controlled and any irregularities are reported • All received goods from suppliers are controlled • Expenses and documents from suppliers are recorded • Payment vouchers, purchasing requests, purchase orders are always checked and approved • Control and process Cash reports and bank statements are controlled and processed • Receivables are forecasted, controlled and recorded • Payables are forecasted, controlled and recorded • Direct costs are allocated to the departmental accounts • All departmental costs are controlled and monitored • Accruals and provisions are calculated and recorded by end of each period
• Fixed asset files, tools & equipment of resort are controlled, amortised and & depreciations are done
• Salaries and wages are controlled and paid
1. 2. Reporting
• Weekly finance reports are sent on time, including cash balance, bank statements, accounts receivables, and accounts payables • Report is controlled and necessary action is taken in case of discrepancies
• Monthly financial statements including detailed explanations for expenditures and revenue are sent out
• General ledger, balance sheet, trial balances are maintained
1.3 Tax & Government Regulations
- Prepare tax reports such as VAT, PIT, monthly and CIT annually. - Open tax code for local tax, for new comers. - Getting the certificates of foreign contractor tax paid to the State budget annually. - Issue PIT certificates for the tax amount paid for employees - Update current tax regulations. - Be responsible for final tax reports and tax compliance purpose; - Insurance control;
2. Project controller
• Overseeing the financial health of construction design projects by analyzing costs, revenue risks
• Maintain budget tracking and project controlling tools • Issue invoices and billings, and forecast potential gains and losses in pursuing future work
• Overseeing the financial activity of the project • Profit/loss analysis, budgeting, and pricing of a project • Advise the company's management on decisions on expenditures, investment, contracts and project activities to be initiated.
3. Budget
• The yearly budget building process is supported • Yearly budget is submitted in time • Budget is controlled and analyzed with the result of the monthly operations • Any discrepancy between budget and actual are analyzed and reported
4. Administration and logistic
I have 7 years working for Kumagai gu mi –Japan constractor , I used to familiar with the task
•General administration such as management of personnel, cars, logistics, travel, organizational registration issues. Managed and controlled office equipment maintenance. Permit and residence card. Logistic arrangement for expatriate team. Assisted in PM on all activities related to procurement and subcontractors procedures. Liaised with Consultant Contractors and supervising Contractors. Managed Project equipment and other assets. Made purchasing contract for customer and supplier from beginning to finishing; settlement contract.
