Create an inclusive, member-focused culture and model relationshipbuilding skills in all interactions. o Manage revenue generation endeavors, including the development of forecasts, divisional pipeline strategies. Sales & Marketing Management (60%) o Plan & execute all the events of Hello World Saigon include networking, conference, activations, engagement, entrepreneur competition, cooperate events, etc. o Formulate and implement strategies and plans to grow the business profitably and achieve net revenue target. o Take lead in the planning, development, execution and measurement of multi-channel marketing communications, public relations, and social media strategies, campaigns, and content. o Compose quarterly and annual events plan to encourage connectivity between members and enhance the HWS culture. o Supervise the content planning, production and distribution of sales & marketing collaterals, digital assets, and direct marketing. o Actively review and optimize, develop, and deliver marketing promotional campaigns as agreed within timescales. o Create and update collateral, presentations, Brand’s video, brochures, product sheets, web content, signage, ads, and sales tools. o Collaborates in the planning, development, execution and measurement of multi-channel marketing communications, public relations, and social media strategies, campaigns, and content. Community Management (20%) o Develop relationships with members and proactively gather information on their needs to identify events & partnerships that could help them achieve their goals. o Propose the suitable event organizing sources (in-house or outsources) according to size and objective of each event Design, develop and report on events at Hello World Saigon – blending elements of Work – Live -Learn – Play – Dine, one-stop-shop ecosystem o Work closely with the Banquet Department, the F&B Director, and the Chef to ensure complete follow-up function. o Find partners in the local community and city who could provide value-adding services to members and thereby also learn and benefit from our member community
