✓ Assist General Manager of Project during pre-opening & operating period, provide administrative and operational support to General Manager. ✓ Summarize Month End Report and P&L report, ensure that monthly critique and month end reports are finished on a timely basis. ✓ Prepare annual budget and forecast for Executive Office and other departments if needed. ✓ Prepare contracts & agreements between Management Company & Owner such as: House Use Agreement, Spa & Villas maintenance & Service Agreement… ✓ Support HR in recruiting, training & some fields of C&B, prepare Duty roster & Meal plan per week… ✓ Take care and handle guest complains/ compliments; walk the property and rooms making sure everything is up to hotel standards. during MOD shift. ✓ In charge Marcom’s tasks such as: Reply guest comments on social media, design collaterals/ printing materials, ensure the standards of Group’s C/I. ✓ Coordinate and monitor all appointments, meetings, and trainings to ensure that schedules are logged, traced and remind all concerns. ✓ Prepare appropriate files, folder, information, and relevant documents for each meeting; Set up filing system and update index of files and form regularly ✓ Take minutes, check correctness and presentation before distributing and filing according to the supervisor’s discretion. ✓ Handling the incoming calls and information, obtaining all relevant information and passing on to appropriate personnel. ✓ Update information and data relevant to the departments. ✓ Work and coordinate with other departments to ensure that the responsible job of the department meets target and goals. ✓ Support Other Departments on peak days of operating.
