1. Operation : - Maintain everything be prepared in the open shift, be cleaned in the close shift. - Check the staff uniform and the manner before the shift. - Make sure everything goes smoothly during shift. - Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner and report to manager about the problems in the end shift. - Maintain quality control for all food and drink served. - Inspect equipment and materials daily - Report to manager about warranty and maintenance problems - Analyze staff evaluations and feedback to improve the customer’s experience. - Collect e-invoice and be able to handle POS system if needed. - Adjust the POS System ( Menu, Promotions,..) 2. Inventory : - Check stock availability and report to manager. - Check the output in stock ( expiry date, cutleries, drinks ) - Work with purchasing to order materials. - Report to manager about loss issues. - Monitoring inventory and ensuring that all food supplies and other restaurant essentials are adequately stocked. 3 Supervisory staff : - Responsible for supervising staff during shift - Check and remind employees in the daily working process - Support to manager to arrange schedules for employees. - Train new employees and provide ongoing training for all staff. - Connect with staff and building the teamwork spirit. - Evaluate employees performance and report to manager.
