1. Casual of Banquet - Prepare, arrange and execute parties for pre-ordered customers (wedding party, meeting, conference party, ...) - Get the job under the direction of the in-charge - Prepare items according to the requirements of the party (wedding party, meeting, conference party, ...) - Layout of banquet tables and stages according to BANQUET EVENT ORDER (BEO) - Check the menu before the party and serve - Clean up after the party and prepare for the next party 2. Waitress of Oven D'or restaurant/ Lobby Lounge - Welcome guests to the restaurant and present the menu to the guests. - Answer questions and recommend food and drinks to new guests. - Know the food and drink information available in the restaurant. - Receive orders for drinks and food from customers and take them to the kitchen department. - Suggest menus and notify patrons of new dishes in the restaurant. - Bring food and drinks to the table for guests when they are ready. - Check the quality of food before serving customers. - Transfer the dish carefully, making sure the dish retains its flavor, does not spill or break. - Ensure dishes are served at the right table, in the correct order, with the right sauces and sauces. - Provide alcoholic beverage service in a responsible manner. - Check customer satisfaction. - Invoices when required. - Receive payment from guests according to the amount stated on the invoice. - Capture changes on the table such as number of guests, change of order... - Assist in keeping the restaurant clean. - Serve guests during the meal, assist guests when needed - Assist service staff when the restaurant is crowded. - Coordinate with waiters, cashiers, kitchens and restaurant managers when customers request to cancel dishes, make payment. 3.
