• From April 2018 to August 2018: Assistant to DOSM and Sales Executive of Domestic and International Market (Manage 9 Hotels over the country – Mainly City Hotels) • From August 2018 to March 2019: Sales Manager of International Market (Manage 9 Hotels over the country – Mainly City Hotels) • From March 2019 to October 2019: Senior Sales Manager of International Market (Manage 28 Hotels over the country –City Hotels and Resorts) • From November 2019 to Present: Senior Sales Manager & Business Development of Korea Market • Main duties: - Direct and manage groups, transient, and catering/banquet sales and activities to maximize revenue for the hotel. - Compile and direct the preparation of reports including annual and monthly forecast, marketing budget, lead management system, group booking pace report, STAR report, etc. Represent the hotel at selected trade shows/ necessary community events. - Coordinate ongoing research of the travel industry to detect market trends and related information for development of new marketing strategies; develop and conduct persuasive verbal sales presentations to prospective clients. - Initiate preparation of annual sales and marketing plan and execute plans as outlined. - Maintain tracking system through sales system to ensure all client information and potential bookings and prospecting calls - Develop group rates, group sales and catering deployment strategies through review of competitive data, demand analysis and mix management. - To assist in implementing all strategies and activities to generate and maximize overall revenue, through marketing, sales, promotion, advertising, and public relations that will impact positively on all operating departments of the hotel
