. Reported directly to EAM or Assistant Director of Food & Beverage . Re-opened the signature restaurant (Lava) and Pearl Lounge outlet (Room for Dessert) successfully in 2021 . Overlook 6 restaurants, 1 banquet, and the In Room Dining for 459 rooms and villas . Financial responsibilities include the annual budget, weekly management reports, comp reports, and any other reports deemed . Counsel, guide, and instruct assigned personnel in line with Human resources policies and company procedures . Prepare and coordinate the team performance reviews of assigned personnel . Recommend changes including hiring, promotion, demotion, and release of personnel; recommend wage and salary adjustments for personnel within established guidelines . Interview potential employees . Maintain an efficient program of scheduling to ensure a high standard of service with the use of minimum man-hours . Act immediately on all customer complaints to ensure that corrections are made when possible . Responsible for all menu changes that compete at an international level
