Barista/Bartender intern • Arrive at work at 6 a.m. to serve Breakfast and a quick meeting to start work • Turn on the coffee maker and check to make sure the specialized equipment is working properly. • Juice fresh fruit juices such as: Watermelon, passion fruit, beetroot, celery, cucumber. Put it in a glass jar and place it on the buffet counter • Take canned fruit juices and canned milk: apple juice, orange juice, fresh milk, soybeans and place them on the buffet counter • Prepare Vietnamese coffees such as: Bac Siu Coffee, Milk Coffee, Vietnamese Black Coffee and display on the buffet counter. • Take ice and put it in the box. • Clean all mixing equipment and ensure the bar area is clean. • Prepare different types of coffee by machine according to customer's request such as: Late, Cappuccino, Macchiato, Espresso, Mocha, Americano • After breakfast, clean water bottles, coffee makers and bars • Check and receive the quality of ingredients after breakfast: fruits, wine, syrup, coffee, juice, ensuring enough ingredients to run tomorrow morning.
