Recruitment - Support with recruitment work such as job posting, searching and screening CVs, arrange interviews, follow up after interviews. - Support with onboarding process: offer letters, personal documents, and other procedures to new employees. 3. Administration - Preparing stationary, facilities for the new joiners. - Prepare handover minutes of assets and equipment to employees - Communicating concerns/ problems about equipment and/or related services and resolving problems in a timely manner. - Support with preparation and filing all internal documents, including company decision, handover minutes, authorization letters, introduction letters. - Proactively support the Company events and team building activities. - Maintain all HR related basic data - Report change labor 6 months to the Ministry of Labor-War Invalids & Social Welfare.
