Main Responsibilities: Manage and operate room sales on channels: Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, Trip.com: Adjust room rates, promotion, and availability room status on week, month, and quarter to optimize revenue. Take care of customer bookings from booking - staying - checking out. Collect good reviews, resolve bad reviews on OTA Channel, Google map, Tripadvisor. Research the market, test bookings daily on all OTA channels and competitors to promptly make adjustment proposals. Regularly update the latest content, images of facilities and services of the hotel. Optimize flexible policies, miniminze disparity between channels, use visibillity booster tools to help the hotel achieve good rankings. Coordinate with the accounting department to monitor and process commission payments and related administrative tasks. 2. Other Tasks: Monitor the quality of work and train new employees. Optimizie the workflow processes. Coordinate with the marketing team to create promotional programs for holidays to boost room sales on Facebook, Zalo, and the website. Connect, expand & take care of corporation customer files (mainly Chinese customers).
