My name is Nguyễn Kim Ngân, a third-year student at Hanoi University of Industry, majoring in Tourism. I have experience working as a receptionist and banquet staff at InterContinental Hanoi Landmark72, where I improved my communication and customer service skills. I also helped organize my university’s bilingual MC event, which enhanced my teamwork and problem-solving skills.
