I am a student majoring in Restaurant and Hotel Management with over 1 year of experience managing a 3-star hotel in Phu Quoc and more than 2 years overseeing operations at my family’s guesthouses. I also have over 1 year of experience in event and conference management. I am eager to apply for the Front Desk Intern position to develop my guest service skills and gain a deeper understanding of international hotel operations. Although my English is limited, I am able to communicate with international guests.

I also hold a Microsoft Office Certification (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and won First Place in the 2022 Handwriting Art Competition. Additionally, I obtained a Vocational Graduation Certificate in 2021 (Good Grade). Beyond academics, I actively participate in volunteer and extracurricular activities. I helped organize the "Tet Yeu Thuong" program (January 2024) for orphans and the elderly. As a member of the Yumetalk English Club (2023 - 2024), I engaged in discussions and communicated with foreigners to improve my English skills. I also participated in voluntary blood donation (December 2023) to support emergency patients.
