▪ Recruitment, phone interviews, scheduling interviews, notifying interview results. ▪ Send job offer letters, welcome new employees, set up employee fingerprints on the Sunbeam timekeeping machine, introduce new employees to each department. ▪ Monthly attendance tracking, reconcile attendance with department heads twice a month, finalize attendance at the end of the month. ▪ Salary calculation for employees includes base salary, social insurance salary, overtime salary, and part-time salary. ▪ Communicate events, holidays, policies, and regulations to employees. ▪ Pay monthly parking fees and order office supplies. ▪ Perform a scheduled asset inventory once a month. ▪ Reconcile C12 monthly and prepare a payment request for social insurance. ▪ Report increases and decreases, adjust social insurance, update citizen ID information, change primary healthcare facility, and handle employee retirement procedures... ▪ Submit quarterly reports on security and order, and review and verify the building’s fire insurance contract. ▪ Propose and prepare a monthly birthday bonus list for employees. ▪ Participate in weekly meetings to report on and propose recommendations regarding human resources and related matters. ▪ Prepare labor contracts, apprenticeship contracts, probationary contracts, service contracts, and resignation decisions for employees. ▪ Check the employee work schedule roster and reconcile attendance records. ▪ Declare dependents using the HTKK software and file tax deductions for employees’ personal and family circumstances on the Public Service Portal. ▪ Send and receive mail for departments. ▪ Place uniform orders and distribute uniforms and name tags to employees. ▪ Book flight tickets for the director or employees on business trips.
